HUMAN RESOURCE INFORMATION SYSTEM - HRIS: The Human Resources Information System (HRIS) at the University is the primary repository of all personnel data associated with an employee's appointment and income. Authorized access to the HR system is based on the roles and responsibilities of the staff members who use the system.

ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (AMS): Administrative Management System (AMS) is a collection of centrally utilized business applications at UofT including: HRIS and other HR related applications, financial applications (expenses reimbursements, FIS), research applications (MYROL, MR), procurement applications (uSOURCE), Facilities & Services applications, and Telecommunications applications.  
SERVICES FOR: STUDENT FACULTY STAFF ALUMNI VISITOR
TIMELINK: Timesheet collection system for hourly paid employees. The system is web-based and features a workflow component that allows managers to approve time for employees who report to them.  Approved timesheets are subsequently uploaded into the U of T SAP payroll system.
