TEST SCANNING: Gravic Remark Office OMR software is user-friendly, while providing a rich feature set. No need for special pre-printed forms, dedicated hardware or number 2 pencils.Create multiple choice tests that fit your needs using any word processor, printer, and paper. WEBINAR / WEB CONFERENCING: The University of Toronto has licensed Blackboard Collaborate as our institutional Webinar/Web Conferencing tool.  Collaborate provides the ability to synchronously broadcast audio and video; share presentations, applications, and files; create and manage breakout rooms; and conduct numerous additional live activities.  Collaborate integrates directly into our Learning Portal Courses and Organizations, and thus is easily accessed by both faculty and students.

TRANSFER EXPLORER: Transfer Explorer is the University of Toronto’s transfer planning tool. Check the eligibility of course credits taken at other institutions (or other University of Toronto divisions) for transfer to (or within) the University of Toronto.

MICROSOFT CAMPUS AGREEMENT: University of Toronto has negotiated a Microsoft Enrollment for Education Solutions (ESS) Program at no charge for all faculty and staff. The Campus Agreement provides CORE CAL licenses, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Forefront Endpoint protection and Microsoft Office Professional for Windows or Macintosh for installation on University of Toronto owned equipment.  For personally owned machines, University of Toronto faculty and staff members can take advantage of the Home Use Program (HUP) and purchase, for a nominal cost, the Microsoft Office Professional (Windows or Mac) from Microsoft directly.
